All products sold by InvoiceTemplateHub are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods — they cannot be "returned" once downloaded — sales are generally final. However, we will always work with you in good faith if something goes wrong.
2 Digital Products & "All Sales Final"
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree that your right to a refund may be limited once the download is delivered.
3 When We Will Consider a Refund
We're happy to review your situation and may issue a refund or replacement if:
- The files are corrupted, faulty or won't open, and we're unable to provide a working replacement;
- You were charged more than once for the same order;
- You received the wrong product;
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
4 How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@invoicetemplatehub.pro and include:
- Your order number or the email used at checkout;
- The name of the product;
- A short description of the issue (screenshots help us resolve it faster).
5 Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
